After a year back in 2024, thanks to his 2023 Rocket Mortgage Classic victory, Fowler once again found himself watching the Masters outside. He fell to 110th place in the official world golf rankings, his worst position since 2022.

Woodland has been his brain surgery counterattack on the PGA Tour for the past two seasons. His waiver to win the 2019 U.S. Open came after last season, at No. 94 in the world, and he is all the way from the top 50 deadline. Luke Clanton
Clanton was one of the hottest players in the world last summer, although there weren’t even professionals. When his junior season at Florida ended, he had already earned a PGA Tour card from June if he chose, but it’s interesting that the world’s No. 1 amateur isn’t the five who will stay in the Crow’s Nest next week.

Louis Oosthuizen
The 2010 champion golfer was one of the most incredible shots in Masters history when he finished second in the second round in the final round of 2012. But he didn’t compete last year and withdrew his two previous starts. Liv Golfer’s only major qualifying session is currently in the Open, and he has exemptions until he is 60 years old.
Vijay Singh
The 62-year-old Fijian has been a staple in the Masters since his debut in 1994, with 31 consecutive editions. However, the winning streak ended the 2000 championship as he notified the Competition Commission on Monday that he was unable to compete due to injury.
Marc Leishman
Leishman is the fourth player in Liv Golf this season and is eligible for the open championship due to his victory in Liv Miami. But the masters do not have such a will exemption. Australia hasn’t competed since then since the opening of the U.S. in 2015 to every major who won the Open Championship in 2022.
Ben Griffin
Griffin left the Masters as No. 51 after last week’s OWGR deadline after Sunday’s run at Houtton Open. The difference between him and No. 50 Michael King was just a little bit of a score, and Griffin missed 5 feet on the 71st hole.
