Hockey Canada has announced the 26-man national team roster for the upcoming Spengler Cup tournament, which includes 13 players currently skating in the American Hockey League.
“All of the players named today are extremely excited to represent their countries and wear the Maple Leaf flag in the Spengler Cup,” said Co-General Manager Brad Pascualwho is also the general manager of the AHL's Calgary Wranglers. “This is a unique and exciting game and we know these players will rise to the challenge before us.”
