World No. 2 Rory McIlroy has only played two PGA Tour events in 2025, but he has already won the win. This is his season debut at AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, a signature event that brought in $3.6 million in championship checks.
Now, McIlroy has the opportunity to add another signature event (and $4 million) to Arnold Palmer’s invitational tournament. McIlroy will face the star-studded stadium against Scottie Scheffler, Xander Schauffele and more top players and join Bay Hill’s four-time Grand Slam title.
You can watch the first round of the Arnold Palmer Invitational on TV via the golf channel, which will be broadcasted on Thursday at 2 p.m. ESPN+’s PGA Tour Live will offer exclusive early reporting and will start at 7:30 a.m. ET.
