2025 Rocket Classic Thursday TV Report: Round 1

The 2025 Rocket Classic held its first round Thursday morning at the Detroit Golf Club in Michigan. It’s everything you need to watch the game Thursday, including a full Rocket Classic TV coverage, streaming messages and a first round of TEE TIME.

Two years ago, Detroit was the climax of Rickie Fowler’s return to form after four years of unbeatable drought. After the birdie shot on the first hole of the playoffs was a willful tee, Fowler once again reached the winner’s circle on the Rockets, and it could not have been more appropriate after just two weeks of a heartbreaking close call at the U.S. Open.

Fowler has a long-term partnership with the Rockets – formerly known as Quicken Loans – that has never missed the game since its inception.

“To see this partnership continue to grow and hear about their dreams from them and hopefully a game ends up in Detroit, it seems like I won’t say a big problem, but it’s a big move. But it’s Rocket’s Detroit-based place,” Fowler said Wednesday. “To see the growth of this event, see the fans and town support we’ve gained – that’s been getting more and more, and then there’s Rockets, the Rockets family was able to do by helping rebuild Detroit’s kind of thing, like I said, it’s great to be the fun and fun coming back this week.”

Fowler will find this form again this week in Detroit as he makes his first three games of the season’s first five games, including the T7 at the Memorial, which put him in the open title.
