The first TGL season will end on Tuesday, March 25, with the final match between New York Golf Club and Atlanta Drive at the Sofi Center. But the PGA Tour stars associated with TGL are not just for entertainment. There is a lot of money online. Here is all you need to know about TGL spending per team, including the full TGL wallet information.
Six TGL teams started the season in January, each playing five games to determine four teams that will make the playoffs. But unlike the PGA Tour, there is no separate wallet and spending for TGL events. Instead, at the end of the playoffs, the team will be based on their end in the standings.
For example, Tiger Woods’ Jupiter Connects Golf Club and Rory McIlroy’s Boston Ordinary Team finished the regular season in the fifth and sixth regular seasons, respectively. This means they are not eligible for the playoffs and their position in the standings is final.
But Rory, Tiger and their teammates are still paid. To finish fifth, Jupiter earned a total of $1.75 million, making $437,500 per player. Boston Common completed the last time and received $1.5 million.
Whichever team won the final between New York and Atlanta on Tuesday night, totaling $9 million ($2.25 million per player) and the runner-up was $4.5 million. For reference, Rory McIlroy won $4.5 million in the 2025 Players Championship.
