John Daly and others are missing one major-the other.
The popular professional and other qualified persons can choose this week – to compete in the PGA Championship, or get competition in the regional tradition, a pro for the PGA Tour Championship track. The option has been avoided until this year since the PGA championship rose to its May 2019 date.

Players who have previously won five 50 and surpassed the PGA championship – Daly, Ye Yang, Davis Love III, Vijay Singh and David Toms – play the tradition of the region, although only Daly, Yang and Love have played in PGA since the May Switch.
