Newcastle United can announce that sports director Paul Mitchell will leave the club by the end of June 2025 by co-consent.

“I’m leaving the right time for me and the club, especially with Darren Eales – the guy I worked closely with in my career – and moved on very quickly.

Newcastle had a great season on the court, winning the Calaba Cup and winning Champions League football on the final day of the campaign.
