Chelsea bids for £59million for “generation”

Chelsea impressed during the 2024/25 campaign, with Enzo Maresca making a huge impact in his first season as club manager.

The Italian regained the in-rope last summer after Mauricio Pochettino left, leading to the top five in the Premier League – which then won Champions League football in 2025/26.

His side also claimed to beat Real Betis’ Europa Conference League trophy 4-1 in the final, a season to remember in West London.

As the transfer window opens, it presents the 45-year-old to key complements in various areas of the squad to bring himself closer to returning to the championship battle.

He has already landed on the signing of forward Liam Delap, but many other players have been shortlisted, with potential moves bounced after the windows opened on Sunday.

The latest news about Chelsea pursuing new attackers

Despite Delap’s deal, Maresca raised the priority of his Chelsea forward line this summer, and success in the near future requires further firepower.

The likes of Samu Omorodion, Viktor Gyokeres and Benjamin Sesko are all touted to turn to Bruce this summer, but so far, no agreement has been reached for any of the above talents.

However, another name has been mentioned in the past few days, and West Ham star Mohammed Kudus has become a key choice.

They claim the Blues are offering a £59 million offer to the 24-year-old Ghana winger, who managed to register nine comprehensive targets and assists in all matches in 2024/25.

It also noted that the hierarchy was determined to win the game for his signature this summer, while city rival Arsenal also firmly participated in the attacker’s service during the offseason.

Why Chelsea’s £59m goal has dangerous shadows

Belgian winger Eden Hazard arrived at Chelsea in the summer of 2012, a number of many, but it’s safe to say he managed to quickly announce himself to his fan base.

The attackers paid about £32 million from French costume Lille, which proved to be a bargain given his time as a player in West London – after eventually making a £150 million deal to secure Real Madrid in 2019.

The now-retired 34-year-old has more than 350 features and scored 1100 times, and today’s danger remains one of the best wingers in Premier League history, with his crazy running and incredible dribbling ability.

Many players, such as Jadon Sancho, Mykhailo Mudryk and Pedro Neto, have tried in recent years to fill the gap left by attackers but failed – leading to the club’s interest in this summer’s new striker.

Maresca can find its own version of Belgian this summer, and Kudus has similar skills that provide additional threats to the aspects.

Widely wider honors within FFC

He made 13 takeovers against Bruce in 2023/24, the most players of any player in the department, highlighting his ability to be at his feet. The 13 statistics are also a huge danger achieved twice during his stay at Stamford Bridge.

Journalist Gary Smith, also labeled as “passed from generation to generation”, has registered 3.4 progressive advances, earning successes per 90 campaign successes, further emphasizing his skills on the opposition.

The Ghana also cut the inside from his left foot on his right hand, similar to Hazard’s performance on the other side of the west side of West London.

£59 million seems to be another huge investment in the hierarchy this summer, but given the Hammer Star statistics, the Wingers have taken their game to the next level, which is effortless.

If he manages to get close to wherever the level of the bridge is produced on the bridge, it will be absolutely bargaining and potentially make the Blues glory again in the near future.
