Liam Delap: Chelsea match is “hard”
Delap, 22, told Channel 5 that he reflected on his influence in beating the MLS team after replacing Jackson in the 64th minute of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. ”
“I’m so happy to be here, so it was a great feeling to play my first game and contribute. They welcomed me very much.
“I’ve only been to a few meetings here, but I can’t wait. It’s always healthy to play. It’s football, it’s an incredible club, so it’s going to be hard. You have to get out of the game.”

“He’s not the guy the fans want – fans want Victor Osimhen to come to the football club, but the club decided to go with Delap.

“From the run I saw behind the defender today, he could be the one with those chances.”
Nicolas Jackson “will improve the game”
Jackson joined Chelsea’s eight-year contract in 2023, scoring 17 goals in his second season and 17 goals in his second season, with a total of 6 assists in his total.

Chelsea Club World Cup Knockout Stage Path
Chelsea will be eliminated if they complete the game outside the top two in the group. Otherwise, they will play their last 16 games against a team in Group C that includes Bayern Munich, Auckland City, Boca Juniors and Benfica.
The match will be held on Saturday, June 28 in Charlotte, if they finish second in the group, or in Miami on Sunday, June 29, and if they win the game, in Miami.
If they reach the quarterfinals, Chelsea will face Group A-Palmeiras, Al-Ahly, Porto or Inter Miami or Group B-B, or Group B-B-B-Featured team featuring Paris Saint-Germain, Atletico Madrid, Botafogo and Seattle Sounders.
That game will happen Saturday, July 5, if they are runner-up or Atlanta, it will be held in Philadelphia at 17:00 if they win the group.
Their semi-finals will be held in New Jersey if they are runner-up, or on Tuesday, July 9 (Wednesday they won the team).
The finals are also held in New Jersey at 20:00 on Sunday, July 13.
