Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin appears to be free transfers to the club in the summer.
He seems to have failed to agree to a new contract after 239 games with the Toffees. West Ham United seems ready to put out, with football transfer reports saying they have made contact in the summer move.
There is no doubt that Calvert-Lewin gave himself a real name during his time at Goodison Park. However, he beats the Toffees than Romelu Lukaku’s Tally, and it feels like they haven’t found an attacker yet, he can be as dazzling as he is in Merseyside.
Well, if you can believe it, transfer the rumor to the club, all this could change.
Everton’s exciting offensive target
Toffees certainly has a hard time finding an attacker who can be near the quality Lukaku that Lukaku brings into the club. This is not a little bit for other players, but a compliment to the highest scorer in the Premier League.
Maybe Jack Grealish can fill Lukaku’s shoes from a quality perspective. A recent report from the Telegraph shows that Tottenham “will not compete in the attacker’s match” and that the Scudetto winners do not meet his salary requirements, thus making Toffees a favorite to sign him if they follow up on their recent interests.
On June 11, football insiders broke the news that Grealish was “facing Everton” instead of another rival club, Newcastle United.
However, wage requirements will be a problem and any move by the Manchester City attacker will “need to be a loan deal”, especially since his price is £50m.
Why Greyley is even a good signing for Everton
The 2024/25 season is obviously not the Greer that Etihad Stadium may hope for.
He played only 32 games, scored and assisted eight times, and failed to be the Manchester City club’s World Cup roster.
However, according to Statman Dave, Greyley is really a “inevitable” footballer, and players like this are always outstanding. His talent has been shown in everyone as a city player in previous campaigns, including the famous triple-winning season, where he played 50 games and contributed 16 goals, creating up to 94 chances throughout the season, just like Sophie Scole.

Most importantly, don’t forget the impact of England International in Villa Park on his childhood club Aston Villa. He played 213 games for the West Midlands side, scoring 32 goals and snatching 43 assists, which facilitated £100 million action.
While he was still wearing Villas’ Claret and Blue, his goal was what he could do. Arguably his best goal at the club, Grey Li Shin picked up a loose ball in the left corner of the box, then cut inside and worked hard to get into the distant corner.
Moments like this are sufficient evidence of Everton’s best attackers since Lukaku. Of course, it doesn’t have to be in the same format. After all, the Belgian legend is the Premier League top scorer in their history, with 68 strikes, and Greyri’s game is more comprehensive.
He certainly has the ability to change the game, for example, the 32-year-old, who scored 87 goals for the Toffees in 166 games. He was described by former boss Roberto Martinez as a “full striker” and he was often the catalyst for their success.
This is what Grealish can copy in an Everton shirt. Like Lukaku, he also has that maverick instinct to win the jaw of failure and win from start to finish. This has been countless times for the city and villas.
While this may be just a temporary deal, signing Grealish is definitely a great business for the Merseyside Club.
The excitement and vitality he will bring can certainly replicate what Lukaku brings. There is no doubt that the 29-year-old can be the best attacker since the legendary Belgian.
