Florida Panthers general manager Bill Zito joined James Duthie, Jamie McLennan and Darren Dreger on the TSN panel for his team to win the Stanley Cup for the second consecutive year. Ask him questions about Brad Marchander, Sam Bennett and Aaron Eckbrad, if he can bring everyone back.

When asked about bringing Markand, he joked in an interview on the ice: “I bought a cow queen.”
nhlrumors.com Note: There is no doubt that Zito hopes all three players will come back. Even with the current salary cap, completing all three of these three will be a challenge. It sure sounds like Bennett will stay. Marchand and Ekblad will have to enjoy homeland discounts to stay in Florida. But Ekblad bleed for the Florida Panthers and did not say he was going to spend less money to stay, but a native guy was worth it in his eyes.
Matthew Tkachuk wants his teammates to stay, but understand it’s a business

So I’m happy for those guys. How do you paint a better contract for these three people here? For those guys, no matter what happens, it’s very happy, but for myself, I hope here for many years. Obviously, I want them to stay, but that’s more than that, I want them to be happy with any decisions they make. ”
nhlrumors.com Note: Tkachuk said he was a player and wanted his guy to do his best. However, it seems likely that Bennett will return at a reasonable cost. Others may shine in the open market. The point is that Tkachuk hopes these guys are happy with any decisions that they make in the end.
