Farke must drop 4/10 Leeds Ace, he loses 83% of the duel

Leeds United’s lead at the top of the championship table was reduced by three points on Saturday as they failed to win over West Bromwich Albion on Elland Road.

However, West Yorkshire’s outfit did take the lead in the game, when junior Firpo finished second in many league matches and the club finished second in his 1-0 score.

West Brom found their equalizer before the break, though, as Darnell Furlong jumped on Jayden Bogle while Illan Meslier showed flat footsteps as the ball walked around him and went into his back.

Unfortunately, Daniel Farke’s team couldn’t break the stubborn bag defense and they didn’t create another “big opportunity” in the game after Firpo’s goal.

One of the reasons Leeds worked hard to create many high-quality opportunities for Tony Mowbray’s team is that offensive players failed to strengthen and showed quality in the last third.

Brenden Aaronson is one of those players, and now the U.S. offensive midfielder must clash with Portsmouth’s next league next Sunday to put it on the bench.

Why should Brenden Aaronson be discarded

The former RB Salzburg star has been a favorite of Farke throughout the championship season, with 33 of his 35 appearances in the division, but now may be the time to get him taken out.

As an offensive midfielder, Aaronson should be on the team to get things going at the top of the end of the court and contribute to goals and assists, as well as his excellent urgency and the team’s excellent work.

However, Leeds didn’t get as much of the former as the latter. In fact, the 24-year-old Dud is now unable to score or assist in his ten games against the current champion’s first six games.

As you can see in the table above, the U.S. midfielder has barely scored against the best team in the division, and this is the case again against West Brom on Saturday.

Aaronson finished the game against the bag with zero shooting percentage and created zero shots for his teammates, which is why he should pull him out of the team to see if other players can beat him in the tenth role.

He isn’t the only performer in West Brom’s draw, he should be sent to the bench, but, after his struggles, Farke should be ruthlessly cruel from the roster.

Manor Solomon’s performance against West Brom

The Israel International team started on the left wing, Aaronson in the middle and Dan James on the right, failing to make a big difference in the last third.

James is the only one of the top four who directly scored goals in the team, his teenager Firpo’s title cross, while Aaronson, Solomon and Joel Piroe are all evenly on the top of the court.

Like the American lightweight, Solomon also fought against the league’s top teams. The Tottenham Hotspur borrowers have encountered many mistakes in seven matches against the current top six, resulting in goals (one) goals (one).
