Global version
Titleist has released the first images of its newest piece of equipment, the GT280 mini driver, ahead of the season opener on the PGA Tour in Hawaii.
The launch of the GT280 at Kapalua marks the beginning of Titleist's new club tour validation process, providing PGA Tour players the opportunity to compete with the new model in competition for the first time.
The GT280 is a direct result of Titleist's work with PGA Tour players to develop and test the TSR 2W prototype, which debuted at last year's Players Championship.
With many players looking for additional options in their high-end setups, Titleist Tour representatives and R&D engineers worked with players such as Cameron Young and Will Zalatoris to select the 13-degree, 280cc club head as the club of choice. outside.
A retail release date and MSRP will be announced in the coming weeks.
