The biggest wallet and winner won the game in Sunday’s Player Championship game during the 2025 PGA Tour season.
The price of player wallets is as high as $25 million, reaching this figure for the third consecutive year. The champion won a $4.5 million championship check, making it the biggest championship check for golf winners (excluding Tour champions with FedEx Cup bonuses).
Scottie Scheffler has won the last two players in the past two years but has won a total of $9 million – although it looks like others will be at the highest point in the stadium courses at TPC Sawgrass on Sunday.
Sunday’s game time was pushed for several hours Sunday as severe thunderstorms entered Jacksonville, Florida, about 1 p.m. ET. Players stand out with three-pointers and two T-shirts. Even if the game was postponed for Sunday afternoon delays, it is possible to resume afterwards and still end on Sunday night.
JJ Spaun opened in the Under-12 competition, and Bud Cauley one returned to Under-11. Lucas Glover and Alex Smalley both have under nine, and three (including Rory McIlroy) start the eighth day. Entering a third of the final day, there are three players tied for under 11 (you can follow here).
