Nottingham Forest caused a huge damage to the FA Cup quarterfinals as major players missed

Nottingham Forest will have no FA Cup quarterfinals with Chris Wood and Brighton.
The striker, the Forest, is the highest scorer this season, and has been injured in New Zealand’s international duties and will not be attending Amex Stadium on Saturday.
Prior to the game, manager Nuno Espirito Santo said: “He went to scan today. We’re still waiting. He’s been scanning the experts. We’re going to wait for the information, see.
“He won’t be able to play this game. His hips are really hard to kick, so there’s pain there. We have to wait.”
The Forest owner said he will evaluate the team later today and return from international responsibilities.
“Whenever we have to evaluate international breaks,” he added. “Many of them arrived today. Tomorrow we are still waiting for Ramon Sosa and we will evaluate all of this.”

Nuno: Gibb-White doesn’t have to prove anyone wrong
Morgan Gibbs-White enjoyed a different international period, initially left out before Thomas Tuchel’s England team was selected as injured Cole Palmer.
But disappointingly, the 25-year-old was excluded from England’s first game against Albania, before he was on the bench to play in his second game against Latvia.
Nuno added: “We are proud of all the players who are taking part in the international break. Morgan went, he was on the team and hoped he would have a chance in the future.
“With Morgan, I know him very much, he knows me. We don’t need to talk. To me, Morgan is a top player with talent and quality.
“The performance and quality level he gave us without the ball – I admire Morgan.
“He doesn’t have to prove that anyone is wrong. It’s not the mentality he should have. He has to compete, play football, give teammates and Nottingham Forest, everything he has. Things will come naturally.”
Nuno Grand Slam deadline
The club agreed to keep the summer transfer window deadline until shortly after Augustl, Espirito Santo faced the media instead of closing before the season kicked off on August 16.
He added: “Honestly, the big problem still exists, that is, when the competition in the Premier League starts, the window will still open.
“This battle didn’t win. I think the windows should be closed at the moment the game started.”
