Callaway has three new drivers in time for the Masters.

With the Masters coming and amid the need for driving in Augusta National, Callaway is unleashing three new weapons for players to use the tee.
The new Callaway Elyte Mini Drivers, Elyte Triple Diamond Max and Elyte Triple Diamond Tour Draw Draw Drivers all designed unique performance advantages – the perfect timing is the best in the world, preparing for the golf season for most parts of the country’s first major and most parts of the country.
Here are 4 things to do with the new Elyte Mini Driver, Elyte Triple Diamond Max and Elyte Triple Triple Diamond Tour Draw Drick drivers.
1. Not so mini mini
The Callaway Elyte Mini Driver made his PGA Tour debut at the WM Phoenix Open, the company’s second mini driver. The Paradym Ai-Smoke Mini Driver debuted last year.
Like last year’s model, the Elyte Mini retains the size of the 340 CC Clubhead, making it the largest mini driver on the market, more than twice the size of the Elyte 3 wood. It also has a 43.75-inch shaft length of half an inch.
Why is this important? Because larger head size means more MOI, this makes the Elyte Mini more forgiving, like the driver, while still being able to play on the turf.
Although the AI-Smoke Mini has adjustable front and rear CG weights, the new Elyte model has rear heavy ports with three settings for draw, fade and neutral.
To keep pace with the rest of the Elyte series, the Elyte Mini has Callaway’s new AI10X face, which gives designers complete control over the face for the first time. It also has a thermal carbon crown that lowers CG and makes it easier for clubs to start on the deck.

2. Two Tour players’ club and High barriers
Callaway believes that mini drivers are soaring because of the club’s unique abilities that are suitable for travel professionals and amateur golfers.
“There is a phenomenon that is rarely seen there, but the best players in the world are seeing the benefits of mini drivers and higher obstacles, and rarely crossing them in the relative aspect of the spectrum,” said Callaway of Global Tour and Product Strategy.
Davidson said most professionals use Miki, mainly on the tee, and if they hit them in the sod, it’s not because they need to stop quickly. Mini drivers allow them to get more tolerance and longer options from the T-shirts when they need it, while still being able to play from the turf.

On the other side of the spectrum, many amateurs fell into a short, tight hole and pulled 3 wood as they thought it was more forgiving.
“It’s partly true, partly incorrect,” Davidson said. “The real part is [the 3-wood] Direct hit is easier because it is shorter axis length.
“It’s not true, because 3mu doesn’t have a MOI number as a mini driver or driver. The driver will be the most forgiving club you have, so I think, when you take those two clubs, you’re saying, ‘You’re saying, ‘Now, I’m giving a regular golfer club a shorter club but with a higher head but with a higher Moi, ‘You see the benefits of that.
3. Everyone’s stuff
Callaway’s three diamond names have been a sign of driver designs for travel professionals over the past few years, usually smaller, suitable for players who prefer to move balls from left and right.
In fact, as more travel experts choose to fade, OEMs have been optimizing their low-rotating platform drivers to fade out at full speed.
But what about those elite players who are still playing draws?
This is where the new Elyte Triple Triple Diamond Tour Draw comes into play.
This is not your grandpa’s drawing bias drive, because the shape and head size of the Triple Diamond TD (or TD, if you prefer) is the same as the 450cc Triple Diamond with a slightly different face and slightly different weights tilted towards the heel to facilitate the ball flight from left to right.

Typical draw bias drivers have high emissions and have optical variations to facilitate closed club faces, but that is not the case. Tour draws are not used for shooting. This is designed for players with control and swing types to play a draw on their own, but want to determine when they aim the right side of the fairway and their ball will overturn.
“Last year, we saw a lot of three-tier diamond drivers visiting settings for some lower swing speeds,” Davidson said.
When Callaway looked at the data, they saw players from PGA Tour and Korn Ferry Tours fade more and more, players from DP World Tours, LPGA and PGA Tour champions were all playing a draw.
“Instead of just posting another three diamond and letting the same thing happen again, if we just cover the deputies with another feather,” Davidson said. “We can bring it out of limited fashion in the market just because we feel like there are a lot of consumers who like to aim it at the right edge of the fairway and turn it over slightly.”
4. Even the best forgiveness
Although the triple diamond platform is designed for the best ball shooters in the world, even those players realize that adding forgiveness doesn’t hurt much.

However, players have attached themselves to the classic and compact shape of the Tiple Diamond, which gives more of a low-spinning feature than forgiveness.
Callaway brings back the low-spinning, high-forgive platform of the Elyte Triple Triple Diamond Max based on the very successful Paradym Ai-Smoke Triple Diamond Max last year.
Davidson said there were some touring players this year using the more tolerant Elyte core model, but other players were hesitant because of the shape.
“There are a lot of people like, ‘Man, I just can’t transition from the three-diamond shape to the bigger footprint,” he said. “That’s what we said, ‘Hey, why don’t we bring three-diamonds, just make it more forgiving?”’
The result is the Elyte Triple Diamond Max, which, like its predecessor, has the same makeup of three diamonds, such as the 36 carbon chassis and glossy carbon crown and the more compact player shape. However, the largest three-diamond with a larger size of 10 cc is within the legal restrictions of 460 cc.
For most players, the Max has a slightly more spin than regular TD, but the increased forgiveness is often a worthy trade-off.
