Arne Slot said he was happy with what Liverpool players saw as the Redskins expanded the Premier League lead to 12 points with a 1-0 winner in Everton’s lead.
Diogo Jota defeated in front of a typical Anfield crowd shortly after halftime, giving the slots a victory and ending the Toffees’ nine-game unbeaten run.
Beto’s first half goal was excluded from offside, and David Moyes’s team may be lucky enough to end the game with 11 players as James Tarkowski followed closely with Alexis Mac Allister.

The result expanded Liverpool’s unbeaten Premier League match to 26 games and promoted them to the championship’s 13 points with the remaining eight games. The slot machine was satisfied with his performance.
“I like what we do bigger than we did in the away game, we scored two goals there [in a 2-2 draw] But we have hardly created anything,” Slot said.
“Today, we’ve been in almost the last third of them, but it’s still hard to score due to the number of players they’ve brought back around the 18-yard box and the way they can defend.
“We faced a team that didn’t lose nine games in a row. So, besides it’s the Merseyside derby, we know we’re also facing a very strong team, especially in terms of defense.”
He was also asked about his opinion on the Tarkowski Challenge, but the Liverpool boss was not in the mood to get involved in the debate.
“So many people have commented on this, not even those who are favored by Liverpool,” Slot said.
“They were so clear in the comments that I didn’t have to say anything else about it.
“Obviously, I don’t have to comment.”
Liverpool will be the next move when Liverpool travels to Fulham on Sunday.
