Kings Eliminate the Oilers 6-2 to lead the 2-0 series – Hockey Writer – Los Angeles Kings

Both teams played in the first round for four consecutive years, but neither team led by a 2-0 lead. The Los Angeles Kings changed the change Wednesday night on Crypto.com Arena, defending the home ice and defeating the Edmonton Oilers 6-2.

After making a comeback in Game 1, the strong push for the Oilers is expected to be nothing. The goalkeeper had nothing to change because two minutes later, Kempe scored the first night against Calvin Pickard in the first shot. The Kings scored six goals in back-to-back games.

The Kings now take advantage of the home ice with a 2-0 lead as the series moved to Edmonton, Alberta for Game 3 on Friday night. The Kings will want to lead 3-0, while the Oilers will want to go to the board with a game of DO or DIE.
