Anaheim Ducks have begun interviewing head coach
Patrick’s Gift for Hockey News: Anaheim Ducks GM Pat Verbeek returned on April 19 in his vacant head coaching position.
“Timeline, we’ll start searching and start making lists right away. I really don’t have a timeline. I’m going to want to hire the best candidate for this team and how it needs to move forward.”
Frank Seravalli said on Tuesday’s “Kupa Hockey in Morning” that the Anaheim Ducks were the only team to start interviewing the vacant head coaching position.
“I think Anaheim is trying. They are the first team I know have completed the interview and have arranged more. They are trying to try and achieve that.”

Ducks GM Verbeek has been recording throwing a big net in his searches. The Ducks may appear to have a new coach named at the end of May.
