Arteta firmly believes that £81million stars are attacking the solution when Arsenal pushes the deal

After a campaign full of offensive struggles and injuries, Arsenal is reportedly pushing for the signing of Serie A talent, worth up to £81m, and Mikel Arteta is a huge admirer.

Although Bukayo Saka’s mid-season hamstring injury has hardly helped, Arsenal’s offense is simply not sharp enough throughout the current campaign. Even with statistically the best defense in the league, the Gunners are unable to challenge Liverpool, who have blocked their Premier League titles with four games, blamed on Arteta’s frontline.

In their final three seasons in their Premier League title, the current campaign is Arsenal’s worst game in front of goals so far, and the last four games are unlikely to help change that.

Many have a say in the Gunners’ goal fight, including Sky Sports expert and former Liverpool centre-back Jamie Carragher, who said in March: “But the problem they have is not the problem of completing it. It is a problem of creating it. They are not creating enough opportunities. It is the biggest problem they have now.”

This issue is a mid-week match against Paris Saint-Germain, and Arteta will desperately solve it before her journey to face the French champion next week. Arsenal beat 1-0 overall, gaining a spot in the Champions League final.

However, at this stage, it seems unlikely that Arteta will be able to solve his offensive problem in the current team. Instead, new sporting director Andrea Berta has to turn to the summer transfer market, which may see the arrival of Serie A, a talent Arteta has been convinced.

Now Arsenal pushes for signing £81m Yildiz

According to Spain, Arsenal is now urging to sign with Juventus’ Kenan Yildiz this summer, and Arteta is convinced that the 19-year-old winger can provide much-needed solutions to the offensive troubles around him. But, due to reports that Juventus has made a 90 million euro (£81 million) price on young stars, the teenager will not be cheap.

Yildiz’s output may not be 19 years old and may not have exploded into life, but the number of major passes he manages this season shows there is a creative player there at the peak of his strength.

Yildiz is called “exciting” by analyst Ben Mattinson, and if he decides to switch Juventus to North London this summer, he may find himself at the heart of the Arsenal frontline over the next decade.

With Arteta already convinced by his talent, it’s interesting whether Berta pursues the feeling of a teenager on the same page when summer arrives.
