Tottenham entered this afternoon’s London derby against West Ham, hoping to build on Thursday’s victory against Bodo/Glimt.
The defeat of the Norwegian 3-1 in the first leg of the Europa League semi-finals was a huge result for Spurs and unpressed boss Ange Postecoglou.
Bodo’s late comfort does mean the tie isn’t over yet, and the Spurs will head north for Thursday’s return game, which needs to be done.
West Ham boss Graham Potter will sympathize with ecoglou in recent weeks.
The Hammers failed to win the championship in seven league games and lost 3-2 late last weekend at Brighton.
