For all superstars who play in the Premier League, the most critical member of the team is usually the manager. So, it’s no wonder some of them have paid a huge amount of money. Of course, some bosses earn more than others, but what does the manager’s salary package look like?

According to the latest report, here are detailed information on how much current top managers earn. As you’d expect, there are some intoxicating payments here, so be prepared for yourself.

Anthony Eral (Bornemouth)

Annual salary: more than £1 million per year

Last semester, Andoni Iraola had only one win in Bournemouth’s first ten Premier League games, but turned the situation around on the South Coast.

Errara has been one of the lower earners in the sector, reportedly earning £1 million per season under his first two-year contract with Cherries. However, given that the former Rayo Vallecano boss signed a 12-month extension before the end of 2023/24, we think his salary will increase from then on.

Nuno Espirito Santo (Nottingham Forest)

With Ipswich Town in the obvious interest of manager Kieran McKenna’s Chelsea and Manchester United, Tractor Boys submitted the 38-year-old’s new contract – bringing the boss into the club’s first Premier League season in two decades.

McKenna’s new term is believed to be around £3 million a year, leaving the double promotional prize-winning coach at a poor Premier League finish, despite representing a significant increase.

How relegation from the Premier League affects this remains to be seen.

Eddie Howe (Newcastle United)

Annual salary: £4 million per year

Since Newcastle United took the helm, Toon Boss has achieved amazing results, ensuring they won the top four in 2022/23. Under his leadership, Xipies not only soared to impressive heights, but has now established itself as one of the most impressive outfits in the Premier League.

Eddie Howe currently earns £4m a year, which will increase if he qualifies for European football again last semester.

As Newcastle’s 2025/26 European Championship win provides a European Championship victory, Howe may also be able to raise a salary increase.

Marco Silva (Fulham)

Annual salary: £4 million per year

Since winning the title and getting promoted, Marco Silva has helped establish Fulham as a stable Premier League side, further cementing his position in the eyes of owner Shahid Khan.

Since charging at Craven Cottage in 2021, the former Everton Boss has worked wonders, earning a £4 million salary and a bonus of £500,000 a year.

This high-profile success was clearly the driving force of Silva, whose team became European challengers under his leadership.

Enzo Maresca (Chelsea)

Annual salary: £4.2 million per year

Enzo Maresca stirs up the latest boss on the conveyor belt at Stamford Bridge. Although his recent trophy experience is more than his predecessor, Mauricio Pochettino, his reported wages are dwarfed by the Argentinians, who apparently earn more than £10 million a year in West London.

The Chelsea hierarchy clearly gives Maresca a chance to raise salaries with positive results, as if they were going to make another change that wouldn’t be as expensive as letting Pochettino move forward too early.

European success may be key to Maresca, who oversaw the competitive Bruce side on multiple fronts for at least 2024/25.

Oliver Glasner (Crystal Palace)

Annual salary: £4.5 million per year

Oliver Glasner was appointed owner of Crystal Palace until 2026, with a total salary reportedly about 4.5ma years.

The 2022 Europa League champion had a promising start to his career at Selhurst Park, and the relegation aspect of the Hawks was annoying, and he won the FA Cup final in 2024/25 in his first and half seasons.

Glasner’s way of development, which was just his beginning in south London.

Thomas Frank (Brentford)

Annual salary: £4.5 million per year

For a very respected manager, £4.5 million is a considerable amount of money. Thomas Frank, who served as Brentford manager in 2018, helped the club into the Promises Land of the Premier League and became the established top institution.

In league history, he has achieved the best start of the Premier League season, beating Premier League heroes such as Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho.

Although their goal is to win European glory in a bad league campaign, the former Celtic boss has seen his current £5 million annual salary increase, which will be no less than what he deserves, and where Tottenham Hotspur arrived.

David Moyes (Everton)

Annual salary: £5 million per year

David Moyes’ return to Everton was undoubtedly successful, bringing the Mersey satellite to safety after the Scots were fired in early January.
