Mollie Walker of the New York Post: ESPN reports that John Tortorella may return to the New York Rangers. But then ESPN reported that he did not expect he would be Mike Sullivan’s assistant.
Back when Tortorella was the head coach of the Wanderers, Sullivan was his deputy coach.
