Manchester United want barbecue team, if they win the Europa League, it’s not an open parade

If the Europa League is won next week, Manchester United will hold a team barbecue instead of an open parade.

United had the chance to end a creepy season by defeating Tottenham Hotspur in Bilbao on May 21 and capturing their first European trophy in eight years.

The tradition that the club celebrates with fans is that United will hold an internal party at their Carrington training ground.

If the Spurs win, they will reportedly take the open bus to the streets of north London.

Similar matches are logically difficult for Manchester United, as they still have to play Aston Villa in the Premier League on May 25 before they can compete in Asian matches in Malaysia and Hong Kong.

When they return, most teams must report international responsibilities.

Players only have two free tickets

The BBC also reported that two free tickets for Manchester United players at San Mames were limited to two free tickets, although they could choose up to 10.

Although United organized a Watchman in central Manchester, club staff will not receive tickets as they did before.

Sunday’s 2-0 home win at West Ham was another disappointing setback for Manchester United, ranking 16th in the Premier League, with a point and a place above the Spurs, head coach Ruben Amorim admitted that even next week’s victory would only post paper on the cracks.

He said: “We will face a team in the Premier League, so we will struggle. Of course, we will be more focused, which is a worrying issue because we have to focus on every game.

“For me, it doesn’t matter if we win the Europa League or not, because the problem is much bigger.”
