Manchester City manager Guardiola now wants to sign a “sensational” Premier League player this summer, but a deal could cost more than £33 million, according to a report.

Despite Guardiola’s side’s impressive 1-0 victory on Tottenham’s path last night, the season has been generally disappointing with the manager planning to reshape his team in the summer transfer window.
Kevin de Bruyne, Ederson and Jack Grealish are among others to export this summer with former captain Kyle Walker, who joined AC Milan for the rest of January.
There are also calls for permanent sale of Walker, the 34-year-old showing signs of him being on a downward trajectory, meaning Guardiola can make a suitable long-term replacement in the summer.

According to a Spanish report, PEP has now set Newcastle United’s Tino Livramento as a priority target to replace Walker in the summer, as his abilities are both progressive and defensive.
Liframando is estimated to be worth around €40 million (£33 million), but City may have to pay a higher fee to reward him from Newcastle, as he is a key player for Eddie Howe.

“Sensational” Livramento impresses Newcastle
The 22-year-old has been a key player for Hipies this season, making 26 appearances in the Premier League, and he looks impressive on Newcastle shirts and has been receiving quite some time before receiving high praise from Alan Shearer.
Given his age, the young Briton is at the right age, has had long-term success at Etihad Stadium and has been high on some key defensive metrics over the past year, earning the 81st percentile for every 90 interceptions and a headroom in 90%.
Walker has been an excellent servant of Man City, making 319 appearances for the club in all games. However, the British will turn 35 in May, so it is obvious that long-term replacement is needed.
Livramento has proven himself in the Premier League for some time, suggesting that the right-back may just be the one who replaces Walker and that heading to the Etihad Stadium could be attractive if City beat Newcastle to the Champions League place.
