‘A man worth watching’ – Chelsea may now sell Pop International for £17m

Chelsea has a lot of players evacuating their payroll bills by the last summer deadline on September 1, and their success in selling unwanted players could have a real impact on their hiring plans.

All of these players are a place in Chelsea, with Alfie Gilchrist, Renato Veiga, Renato Veiga, Lesley Ugochukwu, Raheem Sterling, Raheem Sterling, João Félix, David Datro Fofana, Carney Chukwuemeka, Ben Chilwell and Axel Disasi all able to leave Chelsea this summer.

Despite actually representing Chelsea in the CWC, midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and defender Trevoh Chalobah may also have a key decision, and futures can be made at Stamford Bridge.

Dewsbury-Hall started only two of his 13 Premier League appearances last season, playing the vast majority of his time in the conference league, and Chelsea can still be sold by Chalobah, though arguably one of their best performers in the second half of 2024/2025.

“I doubt they will try to sell him [Chalobah] Because I think that’s the whole purpose of getting him back. “London Telegraph reporter Matt Law said last month.

“I know they’re obviously interested in bringing in a defender. I don’t think it’s two defenders, so I think it’s going to be a defender, not two defenders unless there’s a lot more sales than planned, but I’m worried that the TREV will be sold again. No one will be surprised.

“I mean, literally, it’s like Groundhog Day with Trev. He became the best player in the second half of the second half and then they tried to sell him.”

Armando Broja is also on the chopping block, with the striker failing to break into the Chelsea first team, or replicating his excellent 2021/2022 form when he enjoys a productive loan in Southampton.

Albania International pointed out a huge prospect at one point that Chelsea once invested £50m in the head of the Cobham College graduates.

Now, after two failed loan spells by Fulham and Everton, Chelsea is ready to sell Broja for £17m as they try to remove him from the book.

This is according to Sky Dermany reporter Florian Plettenberg, who wrote that Broja is still popular in some circles. The 23-year-old has actually received several inquiries from teams in the Bundesliga and abroad, so Chelsea has a way to uninstall him forever.

Given his status as a college player, the forward will count as pure profit through the PSR lens, but that is a big deal for Broja, who now has to seek to start his career from West London West.
