After Sheffield United Dream XI promotion

Daniel Farke and Chris Wilder Butts’ heads in various aspects of Leeds United and Sheffield United, two consecutive championship-promoting winners will continue to hit the top hits of the second-tier table.

Anyway, both German and Sheffield-born managers have managed to get a staggering six promotions on their management resumes, perhaps again falling on CVS, a dramatic campaign.

Unlike Farke, however, Wilder succeeded in the tough Premier League, while the former Norwich City boss notoriously committed a straight fall back to the EFL.

Instead, the 57-year-old managed to achieve an incredible ninth finish in the 2019/20 season, as the likes of Billy Sharp and Co are largely unafraid.

If his team sneaks into the top flight, it’s unlikely that the beloved boss will do it right away, but he hopes his team will be able to fight enough.

After all, if we want to seal the promotion, Manchester United will be very busy in the transfer window, and XI is what Wilder can master in his dreams…

GK-Michael Cooper

If promotion is achieved, Wilder may stick with his first goalkeeper at Michael Cooper, while the former Plymouth Argyle shooter has revealed the blades between blades since joining last summer.

When you think Cooper has kept 19 clean sheets in the second floor of the season’s action, the 25-year-old’s £2m fork looks cheap, meaning he might be well adapted to the needs of top flight.

RB -Jonjoe Kenny

Unlike the goalkeeper position at Bramall Lane, the right-back position has been a problem area in South Yorkshire.

Alfie Gilchrist, Harry Clarke and Femi Seriki are among the likes all lined up this season, but the promotion could lead to Manchester United eventually winning long-term targets Jonjoe Kenny.

A deal looks like it was on a table in the January window, only after two clubs disagree with the transfer fee.

The former lady man stood out in the spacious defender selection of current employer Hertha Berlin, with seven assists next to his name in No. 2. Bundesliga, which means he might be what Wild wants on the court.

CB -Anel Ahmedhodzic

Anel Ahmedhodzic managed to get rid of Manchester United’s frustration relegation at the end of the 2023/24 season, holding his head high when he won 4.5 finals every season of that season, even as the Blade finished rocking on the base of the league.

The Bosnian will be behind the second floor, United Titans will play in the Premier League again in the Premier League, with his defensive expertise currently seeing 14 clean sheets.

CB-Andrew Omobamidell

Just like right-back position, Wilder’s man will be on the centre-back numbers next season, with lender Rob Holding returning to Crystal Palace.

So the blade could try to snap up Andrew Omobamidele, who is currently on loan with RC Strasbourg, currently away from parents Nottingham Forest.

The Irish has so far removed from his four Ligue 1 matches with an average of 94% pass accuracy, resulting in Omobamidele probably having a healthy working relationship with the more scented Ahmedhodzic.

LB-Harrison Burrows

Harrison Burrows wants to work with Kenny, while former Peterborough United is also the Gunner on the left.

Burrows’s way then had five goals and three assists as the 23-year-old had the chance to be ready to drive a tricky upgrade soon.

CM -Hamza Choudhury

If he could get a permanent deal from Leicester City, Wilder could have him happy to get a permanent deal and he would be happy for it.

Choudhury has been impressed with the defensive midfield, with three balls recovering averages per league clash, but the 27-year-old can also give his team some of the experience they need by having 57 top-tier games.

CM -Vinicius Souza

To ramp up the team in the Premier League, Wilder may call on Vinicius Souza to work with the return Choudhury.

Although he contributed one goal in the second division in 2024/25, the Brazilian rarely made mistakes in his battle for his high-flying team, and each of his 28 league games was 6.9 duels.

In a relegation battle, the 25-year-old can provide his team with some much-needed grit and steel.

RM-Ben Brereton Diaz

Wilder stays away from those chosen as the main stalker and hopes that Ben Brereton Diaz will stick it out forever and give it to his team to his to put his team on the top.

The first of these two positions is able to advance on the right wing or as the center of tradition, which makes Chile very happy in his Bramall Lane return, seen in his three promising goals and three assists in 12 league games.

Cam – Callum O’Hare

Although Rhian Brewster recently received a nod at No. 10, Callum O’Hare is the number that might have picked here if the Premier League is on the menu.

After all, Brewster never scored for the blade in top flight, which means he could discover his depth again.

Additionally, O’Hare beat the former Liverpool man’s figure in the second division of the season, with eight goals contributing next to Brewster’s Lister Seven.

LM -Gustavo Hamer

Like Ahmedhodzic before him, Gustavo Hamer has proved himself to be a Premier League actor for Wilder and Co. in the past.

The former Coventry Cityman’s ten goals contribution even fell on the horizon as his relegation approached, and now his growing total of eight goals and five assists in the 35-second Division match made the promotion feel close.

ST -Josh Sargent

Wilder doesn’t want to get rid of any offensive scheme he currently has in the top flight, but it would obviously be too tempting to refuse if there was a chance to get Josh Sargent to join from Norwich City.

Sargent ranked best in the second innings of the Football League, actually better than Tyrese Campbell this season’s championship, with 13 deadly strikes in 26 league outings, compared to just ten men in the former Stoke City.

Farke is known to be a fanatical American admirer, and if Sargent appeared in South Yorkshire, it would be Leeds’ teeth.
