Master Week has already started to get wet.
Due to the bad weather, the opening hours of the Augusta National at the Augusta National were delayed by 30 minutes until 8 a.m. Monday, and there were still thunderstorms throughout the afternoon as the 2025 Masters began.
Forecasts show that the Augusta National has up to 1.5 inches of rainfall.
The competition was suspended again late Monday due to weather reasons, when the course was evacuated at 11:25 a.m. without an update on when customers announced their return.
But thankfully, Monday seems to be the worst weather for the 2025 Masters Sunday.
For the rest of the week, temperatures are expected to remain cool, and for the 60s and 70s, the wind will drop to a 7-14 mph range for most races. Things should mostly dry up, making the golf course a great championship test for 95 games.
However, it is possible to rain Friday and Saturday, although this doesn’t look like the type of weather that might stop playing. Likewise, it didn’t look like the delay and sink master’s predictions two years ago when Jon Rahm played 30 holes on the way to win Sunday.
