According to Spanish reports, Al-Nassr is preparing a “contract for the century” to convince Cristiano Ronaldo to stay in Riyadh.
Headquartered in Madrid, Ronaldo has played with Real for many years, claiming that the Saudi professional league side is eager to renew the Portuguese striker’s deal, which expires on July 1.
Saudis are willing to throw money at Ronaldo
Marca suggests that Al-Nassr is rolling out a 12-month contract that will give Ronaldo an astonishing £155 million a year. This will convert to 2.98ma weeks, or £425,000 per day.
The 40-year-old remains the face of Saudi football reborn, even if his club has not yet won a major trophy.
Since moving to the Middle East from Manchester United in January 2023, Ronaldo has scored 98 goals in his 110 games for Al-Nassr and added 19 assists in his 110 games for Al-Nassr.
