Fark faces the big Leeds phone call before the championship
White and Daniel Farke are now preparing to make their way into the championship game, hoping to beat Sheffield United and Burnley for promotion and second-tier championship.
Leeds has only five points in the last four games, which has allowed the blade and fuchsia racer to close, with eight fixtures remaining against Swansea City on Saturday.

One of Wilfried Gnonto’s influence at No. 10 after his last 2-2 draw with QPR is that Fark Farke may seek a solution in the coming weeks. Gnonto replaced Brenden Aaronson in the half and received Farke’s compliment after helping Leeds get a little from London.
“I firmly believe he will have an impact. If I chose Ilia Gruev [to start the match] I’ll choose Willy Gnonto, too. If we make these changes, maybe we will have a better start. It feels like he is increasingly creating good situations in the center, and that’s what he does in the second half. ”

Ampadu has been strengthening recovery from knee injuries during international breaks and is returning to team training, according to Joe Donnohue of the Yorkshire Evening Post.
The versatile midfielder missed Leeds’ last five games and the club isn’t sure if his knee problem requires surgery, but it looks like he can play a role in the run-in.
Patrick Bamford, along with Ampadu, finally ended up with a hamstring injury. Donnohue added that the striker has been playing fitness at Thorpe Arch in recent weeks and he has brought himself closer to the scene during his international break.
Bamford only competed once in 2025 due to hamstring issues, but like Ampadu, it could play a role in the last eight games. The couple’s return with two experienced players on the Leeds team will be a much-needed promotion for Farke, who hopes to have every senior player between now and May.
