Arteta must axe with £50m Arsenal ‘warriors’, who is as bad as Odegaard

Well, it all comes down to Arsenal.

Mikel Arteta’s side played against Paris Saint-Germain in the second leg of the Champions League final tonight, knowing that winning by two goals would put them into the club’s first final in 19 years, their second.

But to get them to achieve both goals, or even win one and punish the North Londoners will have to be at their best from the first minute to the last minute, which means getting some people to make some changes from the team against Bournemouth.

In particular, there is a player who has to be ruthlessly abandoned by Arteta, who struggles, like Martin Odegaard does.

Arsenal’s performance is not good

Before we connect with the player in question, it’s worth exploring some of the other starters overwhelmed Saturday afternoon, such as Leandro Trossard.

The Belgian wasn’t terrible on the day, but sometimes when it happened, the naturally moving wingers had little attack, thus squeezing a 6/10 from the standard Simon Collings.

Again, this is another worrying performance by David Raya, who once again looks shaky, giving visitors a bad goal from any goal of nothing.

Ultimately, while he did manage to assist Declan Rice’s great goal, it was another bad game for Odegaard as his boring mark on Evanilson in the closing ceremony put Cherries Knick’s three-thirds and a higher score than the 6/10 game he scored from the Collings.

But while the Norwegians will almost certainly maintain their position for tonight’s game due to armbands and lack of other real options, there is another starter who just had to throw Arteta out of the way before tonight.

Arsenal star that must be dropped

So while Trossard may be one of the starters tonight’s game, Ben White should be the other one.

The former Brighton & Hove Albion star returned to the starting XI behind the news, with Jurrien Timber winning a small knock.

While the £50 million defender that day was not bad, he didn’t convince anyone because the Dutch seemed to have retrained full training and he should keep his position.

For example, while the British offered something in the overlap and should eventually recover quickly, he did struggle with the game’s defensiveness and was “troubled by Dango Ouattara’s speed”.

Unfortunately, besides looking unstable and eye tests, the Gunner’s “warrior” is called by talent scout Jacek Kulig, and there are some very bad statistics.

For example, despite his outstanding performance, he performed well in six gaps, but he was dribbled three times, lost four of five games, lost eight goals, failed him, dribbled the only time he tried and accumulated a horrible expected assist of 0.01.

Ultimately, if he can’t live with Ouattara on the weekend, the manager shouldn’t want to start fighting the possible Khvicha Kvaratskhelia tonight.

Since the wood seems to be fit and recompetitive, especially respected analyst Ben Mattinson has called the “elite 1V1 defender” after his huge performance towards Real Madrid.
