Hansi Flick eliminated his player mentality with a 3-0 winner in the rearrangement against Osasuna to get La Liga’s top rival Real Madrid to put up a three-pointer.
Ferran Torres, Dani Olmo and substitute Robert Lewandowski all found the net as Barca stood out in a match that began on March 8 after the sudden death of club doctor Carles Minarro Garcia.
Earlier this week, Flick complained about the timing of the fixtures — a few days after the international break is about to end — and its potential impact on player welfare.

“I said before, I think the mindset of the players is amazing,” Flick said.
“I love working with them and you can see it in every game.”
“They have fun and love playing football with each other, that’s great.”
The German manager is also eager to highlight the contribution of his young midfielder Gavi, who returned this season with a long spell of injury to the ACL.
“He played a great game,” Frick said. “It’s not a year for him after the injury. He’s always focused and professional.
“He is an outstanding player in this club.”
But with Olmo standing out in the first half, Flick’s complaints about player safety seem to make sense, and now it’s possible that the conflict with Barcelona’s upcoming Copa Copa Del Rey semifinal against Atletico and the Champions League quarterfinals with Dortmund could be doubtful.
Despite calling the victory a “great moment,” Flick doubled his pre-match comments.
He added: “It wasn’t a good day. We won, but we paid a high price for Dani Olmo’s injury.”
Barcelona is next to Girona’s visit on Sunday.
