Everton wants to sign £7m of ‘fun’, he may be Ndiaye 2.0

Everton has not entered the transfer window yet, only Carlos Alcaraz joins the club.

Ndiaye moved out of Ligue 1 team Marseille last summer and became one of the club’s main players last semester.
