The current unification deadlock in Professional Golf has made everyone have their own perspective on the future of the PGA Tour, Liv Golf and Pro ecosystem.
Players like Rory McIlroy see the long-term value of bringing the game together and putting away damage for the sport’s benefit. Others on the PGA Tour still hope that the return of LIV defectors will pay the price to leave the tour and destroy the sport. Some people don’t want to play with those who leave.
You can calculate 2009 U.S. Open champion Lucas Glover.
Speaking on Tuesday’s Siriusxm PGA Tour radio show, Glover discussed his feelings about potentially welcoming those who left the PGA Tour. Glover notes that he has a personal way of thinking and how the entire PGA tour considers stagnant negotiations.
His thoughts are clear.
“I personally don’t want to play with them,” Glover said. “I don’t think they should be back here. I don’t want them here. They made the decision. I made the decision, I don’t care, I don’t care, but they also stood out from this tour. As a PGA Tour player and someone who dreams of playing on the PGA Tour, I don’t want me to have 21 seasons here and they don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a race, I don’t want to be a
“Now, we are a group. We are golf fans. Yes, the first four, five, six players over there, if they play on the PGA Tour, they will benefit all of us because our TV deals will be bigger, and will be bigger, and will be X, Y, Z. Now, my point is that all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is all of us, this is
Glover noted that he was told to remove his emotions from the equation. As we have discovered over the past three years, this is easier said than done.
“It’s still hard for me,” Glover said. “It’s still my dream, I chose to stay, and after I chose to stay, I’ve succeeded. As far as the deadlock is concerned, we’re now on the PGA Tour, I don’t even care. I think we’re focusing on moving forward. What I should say is that I don’t care about this unification anymore, and I don’t think they are the same.”
It has been more than two years since the PGA Tour and the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund (PIF) announced the framework agreement. There seemed to be positive momentum in a deal in February after the White House meeting with Donald Trump, but the mobilization changed in early March, and the Unification Front has since made no progress on unification.
Glover, like many others on the PGA Tour, is ready to have or have no trades.
