Harry Redknapp labeled New England boss Thomas Tuchel as a “German spy” and seemed to perform Nazi tribute while speaking at a charity event.
Born in the Bavarian town of Krumbach, Tuchel was appointed as the head coach of three Lions last October and oversees his first two matches during this international break, guiding England to wins in Albania and Latvia.
Before those games started last week, Redknapp was asked about his thoughts on Tuchel’s date and held an event in London: “I’ll tell you the truth, I think he’s a German spy. I’ll tell you.”
Redknapp then compared him to William Joyce, who discovered the reputation of Nazi propaganda during World War II, who became famous for Nazi propaganda.
He added in a video clip obtained by The Guardian: “Seriously, he was sent to us.

Redknapp wants British people instead of German Tachel
Redknapp has long advocated that a British man be in charge of the national team and was not impressed when appointing Tuchel.
He told Sky Sports in October: “It’s not like he’s had a huge success. He came to several clubs.
“I’m very patriotic and I think we should have an English manager, but obviously the field is small to choose from.
“The British don’t have a lot of opportunities to manage in the Premier League right now. It’s all foreign owners and always has to be foreign managers. We only have two or three managers in the Premier League.”
Before Eddie Howe won the EFL Cup with Newcastle, Redknapp, 78 was the last British man to win the trophy in this country after leading Portsmouth to the FA Cup in 2008.
