The 2025 PGA Tour season kicks off this week in Hawaii with the Sentinel Tournament, a signature, expensive event on the tour's schedule. Here's everything you need to know.
How to watch The Sentinel
The Sentinel Tournament is the first of eight signature events, featuring 60 top players. In other words, world No. 1 Scotty Scheffler accustomed to He had to miss the Hawaii leg due to an injury sustained during the holidays.
But the field is still good, including 37 players in the top 50 of the official world golf rankings – Xander Schauffele (2nd), Collin Morikawa (4th) , Ludvig Aberg (5th), Hideki Matsuyama (6th), Wyndham Clark (7th) and Victor Hovland (No. 8) are all in the top 10, with five players having multiple wins last season.
Chris Kirk is the defending champion and one of the past three winners in the field.

You can watch the 2025 Sentry tournament online via Peacock and PGA Tour Live on ESPN+. ESPN+ will offer exclusive panel coverage all four days of the game, Thursday from 12:30-10pm, Friday from 12:45-10pm and weekends from 1-8pm. Peacock will simulcast television coverage from the Golf Channel.
