What does the rule say about a ball hit by another ball into the hole?

Golf rules are tricky! Thankfully, we have masters. Our Rules guys know this book from beginning to end. Is there any problem? He has all the answers.
In a stroke game, I hit the second shot near the par-4 hole. My opponent’s goal shot and then knocked my ball into the hole. I claimed the ball was hit 2 and he thought I had to change the ball and click 3. The rating committee never had this situation and thought I had a score of 3 people, so I missed the playoffs with 1 stroke. Am I wronged?
No, Robert, you’re corrected. The only confusing thing here is that the Commission has any hesitation in this case about how to rule but has reached the proper conclusion.
Indeed, you do need to change the ball without a fine and click it. Your ball is moved by external influences (a ball in another ball movement). According to Rule 9.6, no fine is imposed on any player and you can replace the moving ball. We will also notice that “temporary” has absolutely no place in this conversation.

I shot a blind shot from a dark green bunker and threw the sand onto the green. Eventually, I got the ball, missed the resulting putt and dug it in. Walking out of the green, I noticed a wandering ball marker. It turns out that one of my game partners forgot to tell me she marked my ball and moved it out of her line. Should I allow me to change the ball in the right place? Also, there are any punishments, if possible, to whom? – Christensen, via email
In a stroke game, another player is an external influencer and no one is fined for the ball. What was proposed: Something happened.
Due to certainty that you don’t know or virtually, external influence moves the ball, if you tend to rule 9.2b(2) – you keep moving forward correctly instead of going from the wrong place, and the ball is thrown away. No replacement, no replay, no nada.
