Former Pakistan national cricket team player Mohammad Amir shares his thoughts on the toughest cricket league in the world. He said that he has played in many leagues around the world, but ILT20 is the toughest league he has played in.
The third edition of ILT20 is coming soon. The competition will be held from January 11 to February 9 and some big names will take part. One of them is former Pakistan national cricket team player Mohammad Amir, who has been playing in the league for some time.
Mohammad Amir will represent Dessert Vipers at ILT20. He made a good contribution to the team last year. This year, he hopes to go further than last year and help the team win the championship, which missed the knockout stage last year.

Aamir, who has played in Pakistan Super League, Caribbean Premier League, England T20 Blast, Hundred and Bangladesh Premier League, spoke about the final season of ILT20 and said that he enjoyed his time in the game, calling it “The toughest league.” He told the Times of India:
“I really enjoyed being at Vipers last year; to be honest, the environment was great. I've played in many leagues around the world but it's rare to find an environment where you stay so relaxed. Secondly, in my opinion Come on, ILT20 is the toughest league.

Amir pointed out how Dubai Capitals had the game taken away from them last time and highlighted that the ILT20's batting line-up is very deep and cited why he called the league the toughest league in the world. He elaborated:
“Last year, we played Dubai Capitals and they were seven wickets behind. They needed 30 runs in three overs and Rovman Powell and Jason Holder were batting at number 8 and 9 respectively. .A bowler, I feel like this is the toughest league in the world.

Mohammad Amir believes the Desert Vipers will have a great season this time around and says they have a good all-round package. Talking about the same, he added:
“This year, I feel we have ticked every box. If you look at our combination, we have it all. Our top four batsmen are solid and then have a good all-round combination,” he commented. “We also have one of the best spinners in (Wanindu) Hasaranga and Nathan Sowter. In terms of fast bowling, we have two combinations – right-arm and left-arm. So this time , our performance will definitely be better.
