The Winnipeg Jets (53-21-4) issued a statement Monday night (April 7) to beat the St. Louis Blues 3-1 and end their 12-game winning streak.
The Jets lost two of three games on Monday, and he made some valuable distance between them and the second-place Dallas star after Sunday (April 6) against the Minnesota wilderness. Now, the Jets lead the five-pointer with four games in the Central Division and the Western Conference.

When the Jets returned to the victory column, Adam Lowry scored the trade with an empty net and ended the Blues’ 12-game winning streak. More importantly for the Jets, it gets the statute victory, giving them some breathing space and trying to tie themselves up in the first decisive game (the statute victory).
