Plus, there is a brand new Adapt Grind with full grooves that make the RTZ wedge more versatile than ever before. Z-Alloy The Z-Alloy is a brand new steel with a better feel. It is softer, lighter and very durable. It provides an excellent feel for RTZ wedges, better forgiveness and more consistency. On the RTZ Tour shelf wedge, the Z-Alloy’s anti-rust properties ensure longer lasting performance, such as new ones. The hydrazip clipped into it is a unique facial explosion system and laser grinding wire that is formulated in wet conditions to maximize rotational performance. This technology is dynamically configured through attic groupings, which helps balance the rotation across attic while maximizing rotation under adverse conditions. This low-density core technology zipper replaces the heavier material in the heel and Hoser area, and it is lightweight, low-density, vibration damping material. This proprietary core allows us to shift the center of gravity to where you hit the ball while adding MOIs. When in contact, Ultizip’s sharp grooves cut through grass and debris, while deeper grooves help provide space for grass, sand, dust or water to clear the impact zone, allowing the RTZ wedge to rotate stronger and more consistently from the fairway, rough or bunker.
