Kyrie Irving talked about the Dallas Mavericks’ games against Luka Doncic and the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday night, and his mentality is entering the game.
The Dallas Mavericks will have a sensational game Tuesday night as they compete in the Los Angeles Lakers. This marks their first meeting with the Lakers since the Luka Doncic trade.
Doncic stood out as the best game in his young Lakers’ career. He provided 32 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists to help the Lakers beat the Nuggets.
It was a victory that impressed Magic Johnson and fans of the entire Lakers. Even Doncic admits that one aspect of his game has improved a lot during the performance.
However, Brian Windhorst believes that the Lakers may have changed Doncic’s plan ahead of the Mavericks’ game.

Kyrie Irving faces Luka Doncic
Kyrie Irving played against the Los Angeles Lakers Tuesday night after the Dallas Mavericks lost to the Golden State Warriors.
He pointed out that this game will be a tough game because there are a lot of great players on the court. He acknowledges the narrative richness shown by the fixtures, but hopes that the Mavericks will focus on doing well.
“Advanced basketball game? A lot of great players on the floor. On our former team in Los Angeles and Luka, we obviously have written the narrative.”
“I don’t know what else I can add. I’m almost focused on telling my guys to focus on the advanced games we have to win.”
Irving is his core competitor. Therefore, he wouldn’t be too worried about getting into the game’s storyline. Instead, he just wanted to help the Mavericks compete and win important games.

Kyrie expects amazing Luka performance
Irving added in the comments that the Lakers-Mavericks game will be an emotional game. But he wants a happy fun among his teammates so that they can perform well.
However, Kai also added that Doncic will be confident and motivated to fight the Mavericks and warned them that they must lock down to stop him.
“I would love to end the emotion after the game with you, but before the game it’s just having fun and making sure we lock in and have a deep focus. They’ll come in and prepare to fight us.”
“Luca will obviously be confident in the game, he’s doing well in the last game, so he feels good. We just need to be aware of that.”
Luka Doncic will definitely trade him without hesitation and say a lot of negative things to him when he goes out.
