Newcastle United are now interested in signing a 19-year-old attacker and reporting on the move against Malaga winger Antonio Cordro.
Newcastle is close to signing Cordero
What appeared on Wednesday was that PIF gave Eddie Howe and Newcastle permission to spend a lot of time in this summer’s transfer window. Howe reportedly spoke with Yasir al-Rumayyan, Paul Mitchell and CEO Darren Eales this week to discuss plans for the summer. Howe has raised concerns about the current Newcastle team, saying it is “old”, which has led to a green light to spend money.

Newcastle United is planning a busy and expensive summer transfer window.
Howe will be happy with the news, which may help Hipies reach a deal with Cordero, who is said to be about to sign. There are reports in Spain that Malaga Winger Cordero is “geting closer” to complete the “upcoming negotiations” move to Newcastle.
The 18-year-old’s contract in Spain will expire at the end of the season and although Malaga hopes he will sign a new contract, he appears to be planning to move to England as Newcastle beats Arsenal and Manchester City’s signatures.
Cordero is a winger with his preference position on the right, which is the field of quality and depth for Pies, so he will be a welcome arrival.
Newcastle is now interested in signing Diao with Cordero
But it’s not just that Hipies wants to sign the right-wing position Cordero, because according to Offside, Newcastle is interested in signing the Assane Diao from the Italian side Como.
The report noted that Xipies and Liverpool were concerned about Diao together because he scored five goals for COMO in eight Serie A games since joining the January transfer window. When Miguel Almiron left MLS to return to MLS in January, Hipies was the market for the new right-wing market, so even if it was possible to sign Cordero, it was a top priority for strengthening.
Diao, 19, was born in Senegal but represents Spain at the under-19 and under-21 levels under-18, and is interested in Brentford in the summer, but the move has not been resolved. Diao was impressed with Real Betis early this season before he decided to move to Como, as he admitted in a recent interview that he wanted to work under manager CESC Fabregas.
“Why Cuomo? I spoke to Fabregas, who explained the project, the vision and his ideas for proper development for me and the team. It is very important to talk to him directly. After the conversation, I had no more questions and chose Como. ”
Diao has been following the contract until 2029, if Como stays in Serie A and they are looking for this, then it means that Hipies may have to pay a decent fee for the winger, which can also play forward as a center. Como reportedly paid €12 million to get him out of Spain, so the Italian side would have to restore that goal with at least a large profit.
