Newcastle United Sports Director Paul Mitchell appears to be a busy man after a new update on the club’s upcoming summer transfer business.
Cordero and Diao Head Newcastle Target List
Malaga teenager Antonio Cordero is closely related to the summer move to Hipies, and now another young man, Assane Diao, is also mentioned as a target. The 19-year-old winger is currently trading in Serie A, but will soon be heading to Tyneside with the future of Mitchell and Co.
Juventus attacker Kenan Yildiz is also supported, which will be converted to Newcastle by the end of the season, but it may have to be part of a trade deal involving major midfielder Sandro Tonali, which won’t attract St James fans.
Meanwhile, Atalanta Ace Ademola Lookman may leave Europa League holders this summer as manager Gian Peiro Gasperini fell. Xipies is ready to put out, but faces competition from Liverpool and Arsenal.
Newcastle also reportedly has a chance to sign Manchester winger Jack Grealish, who has been unpopular under Pep Guardiola this season and has struggled with injuries. He could come in and offer competition for Anthony Gordon on the left.
Newcastle wants to sign CB, winger and offensive midfielder
according to Daily MailNewcastle’s Craig Hope is considering signing three players in different areas of the court this summer with James Trafford, who is expected to join from Burnley.
In addition to Claires goalkeepers, they will also seek “right center, right wing and versatile midfielder/forward/forward” as Mitchell played his magic after the Hilton Hotel leadership scout summit last weekend.
After the relatively disappointing summer window of last summer, it was an exciting transfer update for Newcastle fans. According to reports, PIF has given the green light this year, so busier time is expected.
This campaign has to reach a few fresh faces in order to bring freshness to the team, and all mentioned positions are key areas to improve. At least one central defender has to be added, considering that Sven Botman is the only player in his 20s, along with Fabian Schar, Dan Burn and Jamaal Lascelles all previous absolute peaks.
The attackers on the right are also crucial, although Jacob Murphy enjoyed a great season, and Miguel Almiron’s departure affects the depth there and requires an elite option to be a regular starter like Brentford star Bryan Mbeumo.

Newcastle and PIF are now signing another teenager with Cordero
In front of the summer transfer window, another young star appeared in Newcastle’s radar radar.
Hopefully Newcastle avoids selling star Alexander Isak, stays firm and refuses huge bids, but even if he stays, he needs another striker. Callum Wilson has the best days behind him and when his contract expires, he will likely leave for free, so a young successor must be found.
