At Augusta National on Wednesday, it’s the next generation’s turn. The Masters Strike 3 race in 2025 may even surpass Tuesday’s happiness as smiles, laughs, fists and cute, putt-wielding toddlers won the day.
The Masters three-shot competition is an Augusta national tradition that began in 1960. Over the years, it has become a pleasant display of the growing family of players. For the senior return to Masters champion, this is an opportunity to visit the course with your grandchildren. It’s a fun way for competitors to relax with the kids before starting the tournament week seriously on Thursday.
The Augusta Nationals’ 3-shot route has a total yardage of 1,055 yards and the holes are between 70 and 155 yards. The player’s regular caddies will provide rest for the Masters’ third stroke as his wife, girlfriend, children, grandson, other friends and relatives intervene in Schlep. One thing in common: Everyone wears traditional white caddie jumpsuits – you can buy them too!
