Nottingham Forest now has a chance to defeat Milan and Bayern Munich to sign “explosive” striker, but they will have to act quickly, a report said.
Forest settings to enhance offensive choices
Despite a 2-1 loss in Aston Villa last time, Forest is still in a strong position to qualify for the Champions League next season, meaning they should be able to compete for signatures from some of Europe’s top strikers.
Sporting CP’s Viktor Gyokeres is one of the most compelling targets, and now the tricky trees are willing to offer winger Jota Silva as part of the Swedish International Exchange trading, which has attracted widespread interest before the summer windows.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side has also set targets from the Premier League, with interest from Wolverhampton Wanderers Matheus Cunha and Liverpool’s Darwin Nunez reportedly reportedly submitting a £50m bid to Uruguayan Striker, who looks willing to leave the Reds.

Not only is Nuno keen on bringing in new strikers, but the manager is also considering signing a new winger, an Italian report shows Nottingham Forest has a chance to beat Bayern Munich and Marseille’s Luis Henrique (via sports witness).
Inter Milan reached an agreement with Henrique, but they were reluctant to match Marseille’s valuation, believing it was 25 million euros (£21 million) and the French club hoped to get 30 million euros to 3.5 million euros (£26 million to £30 million)
So if Forest or Premier League rival Newcastle United can advance in the Brazilian’s match if they are willing to show a bid of at least £26m, they will need to act quickly, and Inter is trying to reach a deal by the end of May.
“Explosive” Henrique can fit Nuno’s system
Many of the hard trees’ successes this season can be attributed to Nuno’s style of play, which relies on opponents’ speed on counterattacks, confirmed by Anthony Elanga after her recent victory over Manchester United 1-0.
“It’s about attacking the space and achieving the opposite goal as soon as possible. I saw this space and I believe I’m one of the fastest players in the league.”
Elanga has been a key player for Forest this season, and there are clear signs that Henrique will also be well suited for Nuno’s system, while Football Walth scout Scout Scout Jacek Kulig praised the “explosion”, who also praised the winger’s pace.
The 23-year-old’s offensive output has also been impressive this season, with seven goals and five assists in the Ligue 1 name, so the Forest should do its best to make sure they win his signature.
