Game review

The crowd in Las Vegas never seemed to grow old, and it was no surprise to see the foot under the puck before it fell in Game 5. In the first phase, both teams felt each other and did not create any opportunities for high-crisis.

In the first seven minutes of action, there was only one shot between the two teams. The second half of the first phase looks very similar, lacking shots and opportunities. Despite the lack of opportunities on both sides, Hill and Skinner remained sharp.

The Oilers continue to struggle on the road and are now 0-for-14 shots during the playoffs. The Golden Knights also had a chance to play in the second stage, but there was no conversion, and the game still entered the third frame without any points.

Both sides had better opportunities in the third stage, but they didn’t have any chance and worked overtime in the game, and all the games were tied 0-0.

Midway through overtime, Kapanin scored a victory goal in a chaos ahead of Hill, bringing the Oilers back to the Western Conference Finals. The Oilers will wait for their third round opponents, whether it’s the Dallas Star or the Winnipeg Jets, the Golden Knights have questions to answer this offseason.
