David Moyes looks to be making his first permanent signing in Everton.

After taking over Everton owners in December, Friedkin Group is still preparing for their first whole season, with many players related to the Blues’ moves this summer.

Recently, Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Yves Bissouma appeared on Everton’s radar, and the Spurs seemed willing to sell their players in order to sign Crystal Palace’s Adam Wharton.

Players with Premier League experience seem to be a preparation for Everton Avenue, with West Ham midfielder Tomas Soucek becoming a rumored priority for Moyes.

Now, another name has been shared as an Everton transfer target, and the summer may not be spending a penny.
