Spurs plan to sign £68 million ‘magic’

Thomas Frank has done a lot of jobs in Tottenham Hotspur’s 25/26 campaign.

In addition to having to participate in the Champions League, the Danish coach is expected to lead the team to better results in the Premier League and make appropriate performances in the domestic cup matches.

To ensure the former Brentford owner has the best chance of success at the club, Daniel Levy and Co needs to do everything he can to recruit the right players this summer.

One of the names in a lot of news lately is Antoine Semenyo, although according to recent reports, the Spurs may follow a better signature person.

Spurs follow Premier League stars

Semenyo seems to have caught the Premier League attention from Manchester United to Arsenal this summer, but its connection with the Spurs seems to be the strongest in recent weeks.

It’s not hard to see why so many teams are interested in Bournemouth’s star as he has proven himself in the league and has managed to get 20 goals in 42 games this season to participate in the impressive traction.

However, there are reports that he will spend over £70m North Londoners, and the club has been looking for other exciting options, such as players like Eberechi Eze.

At least this is based on the latest report by journalist Sebastien Vidal, who claims the Spurs are “planning” the Crystal Palace Star.

Vidal mentioned that Semenyo and Bryan Mbeumo were also on the North Londoners’ shortlist as Frank “pushed the top wingers this summer”.

Although the price is not mentioned in the story, it has been widely reported this year that the British release clause is worth about £68 million in his contract with the Hawks.

It’s not a cheap transfer, but given Eze’s experience and ability, he’s better than Semenyo.

Why Eze is better than Semenyo

So this is the first reason, and a big reason why Eze signs better than Semenyo.

Eberechi Eze of Crystal Palace celebrates the trophy after winning the FA Cup

For example, Cherry Star’s 20 goals have 42 appearances, totaling 3562 minutes, meaning he is able to maintain average target participation every 2.1 games or every 178.1 minutes.

By comparison, known as the Hawks’ “Magic” by expert Pundit Richards, who scored 14 goals and provided 11 assists in 43 games, totaling only 3303 minutes, with much higher engagement per 1.72 games or per 132.12 minutes.

Furthermore, the Briton has proven that he can handle the most intense and pressing moments as he scored in the FA Cup semi-final against Aston Villa and then scored a victory against Manchester City in the final.

On top of that, while the 26-year-old is primarily at the offensive midfielder attack this season, he also has the ability to play, which in some way helps minimize Semenmyo’s advantage and thus be able to play on both sides of the court.

Finally, the comparison of the base numbers only further helps to emphasize the influence of former QPR stars in North London.

Despite some metrics he ranks second, England International is clearly better, including key passes, successful breakups and creating shooting moves, which depicts the painting of attacking players with all-out attacks, their starting attack abilities complete with him.

Ultimately, while Semenyo is a good signing for the Spurs, there is no doubt that Eze will be a better signature with a possible £2m reduction, which feels like a totally effortless effort.
