Steven Gerrard says Arsenal Stars are the “goat” of the Premier League and are better than Ronaldo
The Premier League is the most popular league in the world, with the best players ever since its founding in 1992, but Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard once claimed only one Premier League “Goat”.
Xi Jinping’s right-wing seat in the Premier League has been firmly in the debate – Mohamed Salah has cemented himself as one of the greatest players in British football history after winning a second title with Liverpool.
Salah now makes the top ten scorers in top flight history, possibly even surpassing Alan Shearer’s record of 260 goals in the division.

However, many still think Cristiano Ronaldo’s sheer talent brings the cake to the cake. Indeed, Sir Alex Ferguson once claimed that the Portuguese superstar was the best player he coached, and Jose Mourinho even placed him in the same category as Diego Maradona and Pele.
“He’s the best. Yes, yes. Probably the best. I’ve seen Maradona a few times. I’ve never met Bailey. But Cristiano is great.
“This guy is the best. Cristiano is a target machine. He is an incredible player. He is like Zidane; there will never be Ronaldo again.”

Indeed, Ronaldo won three league titles in England, a Golden Boot and two players at the awards ceremony this season, many of whom are considered the two greatest players in football history alongside Lionel Messi.
However, when it comes to England’s best people, Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard revealed that one person stands in the rest.
Gerrard: Thierry Henry is the “Goat” in the Premier League
When asked about the greatest of all time being Arsenal and French striker Thierry Henry, Gerrard spoke in an interview with Aston Villa in an interview while serving as Aston Villa manager.
The former Anfield captain has selected Messi as the greatest Messi in football history, with Real Madrid superstar Kylian Mbappe becoming the next champion, but has no hesitation when pointing out that Henry is the best in British football.
Gerrard is no stranger to Henry’s talent as the Frenchman scored nine times in 18 career appearances against Liverpool, including training in the 2005/26 season with Gerrard accidentally forming the championship.
French legend Zinedine Zidane called his fellow countrymen “technically the most talented football player of all time” and his list of achievements is impressive.
