“My job is to keep building and know we have a few young players (in Arseni Gritsyuk and Lenni Hameenaho), and even Shane Lachance, that’s where you want to go,” General Manager Tom Fitzgerald said at the end of the season. “You want young players like this to step up. That’s what a good team does.”
